SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING
All orders through our online store will be processed within 48 hours Monday through Friday and you will be notified via email upon shipment.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns/exchanges.
Other shipping methods are available upon request. If customer is located in the Denver Metropolitan area, we can also arrange for you to pick up the product at our offices in Cherry Creek. Customer must call to place an order for pick-up. Please call 303.931.0043 to inquire.
Sorry, we only ship within the US. We cannot process International Shipping orders.
SALES TAX – COLORADO RESIDENTS
Residents of Colorado will be charged sales tax based on the customer’s shipping address at a rate from 2.9% to 7.72%. Shipping is not taxed in the state of Colorado.
Residents whose shipping address is from a state excluding Colorado will not be charged sales tax.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of these products, we will only accept returns with the DVD cases unopened, and the books in re-saleable condition. We will accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date of product. A full refund will be issued when we have received and inspected the returned product. In order to return your product, please take the following steps:
1. If you wish to return your product(s), call 303.931.0043 or write to contact@topcareershop.com within 30 days.
2. You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
3. The returned shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
4. We will not refund returns that have been damaged by the end user.
5. We will not refund returns that have any missing component of the original product sent.
